Our Process for Working Together

I treat each individual as a whole person, through a subjective lens of clinical experience. I work closely with you to build a unique and personalized program based on your physical, mental, and emotional needs. For some, this may mean unearthing underlying behaviors or limiting beliefs that may be perpetuating unwanted pain.
Together, we will set forth a holistic and sustainable course of action, that combines corrective yoga techniques with proven strategies that elevate the senses for total restoration and reformation of body, mind and soul.
This is a safe and sacred, worry-free space for us to confidentially develop a personalized plan that works for you. We will follow all recommended sanitary guidelines and practices. Your comfort is my utmost priority. For your satisfaction we have an outdoor and indoor session area. A private bathroom with shower is available for your convenience.

My Philosophy: Press Pause and Align
I believe that self-awareness is the key to restoration. By pressing pause and observing yourself in the moment, you’ll begin to notice the subtleties and interconnectedness of the mind and body. This awareness allows you to shift your patterns and take action to heal at the root.
In today’s world, sitting, driving, repetitive motions, technology overload, illness, injury, stress and poor posture have the potential to cause serious misalignment within our bodies. When ignored, these misalignments can cause further internal complications, like unhealthy breathing patterns, digestive disorders and anxiety. Bringing the physical body back into alignment can relieve or reduce pain, balance out the nervous system, and improve the function of our internal organs and their functions.
The spine is the center of our alignment and houses the autonomic nervous system. As we lengthen the spine and create space between
the vertebrae it increases our ability to breathe deeper, stand taller, open our hearts to the possibility of freedom of movement, and the clearing away of any blockages that can occur along the spinal column and within the body.
